Driving Directions
The Grand Rapids Community Foundation is located on the second floor of the Waters Building in downtown Grand Rapids. The Waters Building is a red brick building located on the corners of Pearl, Ottawa, and Lyon.
- From North:
- US 131 South to the Pearl Street exit. East (left) on Pearl Street across the Grand River and continue on Pearl through the light on Monroe. Take a left into the parking ramp. There is a connection to the Waters Building on the 2nd floor of the ramp.
- From South:
- Take US 131 North to Pearl Street Exit. East (right) on Pearl across the river and continue on Pearl through the light on Monroe. Take a left into the parking ramp. There is a connection to the Waters Building on the 2nd floor of the ramp.
- From East:
- Take I-196 W towards DOWNTOWN GD RAPIDS. Take the Ottawa Avenue exit (77C) south to Lyon. (Ottawa is one-way going south when you exit). Turn right on Lyon. Take a left into the parking ramp. There is a connection to the Waters Building on the 2nd floor of the ramp.
- From West:
- Take I-96 west to I-196 west to the Ottawa Avenue/Downtown exit (#77C). Take Ottawa south to Lyon. Turn right on Lyon. Take a left into the parking ramp. There is a connection to the Waters Building on the 2nd floor of the ramp.
