About the Foundation

Established in 1992, this fund has had an active board and youth advisory committee. They have supported organizations throughout the City of Wyoming with their grant making and will continue to increase their community support as the endowment fund's assets increase.

Grants

The Wyoming Community Foundation solicits grant requests in a number of ways. First, the Community Foundation itself annually requests proposals from nonprofit organizations whose efforts and impact is focused primarily in the City of Wyoming area. Those nonprofits whose efforts also include a focus on youth-related issues may want to direct their request to the Foundation's youth advisory committee.
