Executive Assistant

Grand Rapids Community Foundation is looking for a team member to embrace the following full-time, in-office position.

The executive assistant will provide comprehensive support to the president and CEO, including working closely with the Senior Leadership Team and on Community Foundation activities. They must be pro-active, creative and thrive in a collaborative environment that is mission-driven, results-driven and community oriented. The executive assistant must be able to oversee confidential information with discretion, adaptable to competing demands and demonstrate highest level of professionalism.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding and commitment to the Community Foundation’s mission and North Star, along with experience collaborating with persons of various cultural, social and ethnic backgrounds.
