What Danah does:

As Community Giving Officer, Danah facilitates the direction, implementation, financial sustainability, operations and execution of both the Latinx Advisory Committee and our Black Legacy Fund. In this work, Danah honors our community’s collective wisdom, experience and networks to inspire and drive their work.

What Danah did before:

Danah was previously a Community Health Program Specialist at Spectrum Health. Prior to that, she worked in many non-profit roles doing youth and community development work. She holds a bachelor's degree in Social Work and Spanish from Calvin University.

When Danah isn't working:

You can catch Danah singing or performing in local theatre shows, being an audience member to some of her favorite plays and musicals and attending events that combine creativity and social justice. She also loves to hang out with her cat, play with her nieces and nephews and eat delicious local food.
