What she does:
In her role, Grace works with the vice president of strategic communications to develop and implement communication strategies and tactics to connect and engage the Community Foundation’s various audiences. Her focus areas include nonprofit partner storytelling, education communication and digital communication, media relations and advertising. Grace creates print and digital content to advance the Community Foundation’s strategic goals.
What she did before:
Most recently, Grace worked as communications manager at the West Michigan Center for Arts + Technology (WMCAT). She has a background in environmental advocacy and political communications, and a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communication from Calvin University.
When Grace isn’t working:
She enjoys hiking, cooking vegan and vegetarian meals, trying new crafts (sewing, collaging, doodling, painting, etc.) and watching professional women's soccer.
