What Kevin does:

In his role as HR Manager, Kevin leads the Community Foundation’s human resources strategies and practices to create and sustain an organizational culture that is built on equity, inclusion and belonging for all team members.

What he did before:

Kevin began at the Community Foundation as controller in 2008, moving to human resources manager in 2017. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with an accounting major, from Western Michigan University.

When Kevin’s not working:

Kevin enjoys traveling, sporting events or just spending time with his family doing whatever. Kevin is an active member in the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), local human resources groups and the Grand Rapids Chamber Roundtable.
