Two steps to join the Leadership Circle

  1. 1 Share your interest

    Let the Community Foundation know you are interested in joining the Leadership Circle. Complete this form to share your information, or to accept your membership if your previous giving means you already qualify.

  2. 2 Make a gift

    Donor partners qualify for membership by giving a minimum of $2,500 (which may be pledged over five years). Make a gift online now, or contact our staff to explore other ways to give.
