For more than 100 years, Grand Rapids Community Foundation has partnered with passionate members of this community to help guide us and strengthen our commitment to creating opportunity, prosperity and belonging for everyone who calls Kent County home.

As we move forward with identifying our future focus, we continue to look to community voices to guide us.

This survey has been created and deployed by the The Barthwell Group, a strategic management consulting firm, to help us identify the future focus of our work. All feedback will be presented to the Community Foundation in aggregate and will remain anonymous to the Community Foundation staff.

The online survey builds on the themes and input from past convenings including: individual interviews, focus groups and community listening sessions.
