Welcome, Danielle Guinsler

Please join us in welcoming ​Danielle Guinsler, our new development officer! 

Danielle has more than 15 years of professional experience in the nonprofit sector. Most recently, she served as development director at Baxter Community Center, where she managed relationships with foundations, corporate donors and individuals. As Development Officer at the Community Foundation, Danielle will lead efforts to attract new donor partners and deepen relationships with current partners.

Danielle’s role as development officer includes deepening relationships with donor partners, engaging the community to invite new partnerships and stewarding our Metz Legacy Society members. She plays a significant role in developing and implementing the Community Foundation’s fundraising strategies and tools.

Danielle started her career at Michigan State University as a student fundraiser before graduating with a bachelor’s degree in English. She attended graduate school at DePaul University and received a master’s degree in public service with a concentration in nonprofit administration. Her most recent role was as the development director for Baxter Community Center, where she spent five years.
