Meet Grace Swanson
Grace Swanson has joined as our strategic communications specialist. Her role involves engaging and connecting Community Foundation audiences through nonprofit partner storytelling, education, digital communications, media relations and advertising. Most recently, Grace was a communications manager at WMCAT.

Meet Tammy Danh
Tammy Danh is our new strategic communications assistant. She provides operational support to the Strategic Communications department, including administrative tasks, editorial pieces and assistance with meetings and events. Previously, Tammy was a communications coordinator at The Rapid.

Meet Grant Stancliff
Grant Stancliff joins us as database manager. He is responsible for monitoring, evaluating and troubleshooting within the AkoyaGo database, as well as preparing reports, generating data lists and supporting performance measurement for the Development department. Grant brings over 15 years of experience in optimizing systems for mission-driven organizations, most recently serving as database manager at the Grand Rapids Public Museum Foundation.

Meet Kas Valtierra
Kas Valtierra has come on board as our new program officer. In this role, they work closely with the Program team and community partners to support grantmaking and engagement efforts. Kas brings a strong background in community partnerships, grant-funded program management and stakeholder collaboration. Before joining us, Kas coordinated initiatives at Harrison Park Academy through the Kent School Services Network.

Meet Jordan Humm
Jordan Humm is our new development assistant. In this role, she leads the gift entry and acknowledgement process while providing support to the Development team. Jordan joins us from the CURE International where she was a gift entry coordinator and brings a background in communications and copywriting.
